October 2018 – Firstline Communications Inc. has announced the acquisition of Access Unified Networks, a voice, data, and cabling provider based in Spokane, WA. The combined company will have a customer base of over 4,000 business clients.
With this acquisition, Bellevue-based Firstline expands its regional team to Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Portland, Salt Lake City, Idaho, Alaska, Arizona, and California.
The acquisition will provide new opportunities that benefit both Firstline and Access Unified customers, including:
- A robust team of industry experts with broad experience in serving businesses of all sizes and in virtually every industry.
- An end-to-end (design, build, support) suite of innovative Voice and IT solutions that improve connectivity, efficiency, and Customer Experience.
- An enterprise-level support model that provides onsite and remote technical assistance and remediation, service guarantees, extended manufacturer warranties, tiered maintenance plans, and consultation services.
